Tiffany Edwards, CFRE

Tiffany Edwards, Principal at Gramish Global and founder of Gramish LLC, brings over two decades of executive leadership spanning both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Her expertise includes strategic planning, enterprise resource management, organizational and fund development, marketing, and technical and grant writing. Tiffany has held senior roles at institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame—where she led a $60 million capital campaign and helped shape the organization’s strategic direction. Her career reflects a rare blend of operational rigor and visionary leadership, with past titles including Director of Leadership Giving and Corporate Relations Manager.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tiffany is deeply committed to civic engagement and leadership development. She’s a recipient of the Greater Akron Chamber’s “30 for the Future” award and has been recognized as one of Akron’s Top 12 Young Professionals by Akron Life & Leisure Magazine. Her board service includes roles with Ideastream Public Media, Torchbearers Akron, and the Children’s Concert Society, among others. Tiffany holds a BA in Business Administration from Walsh University, a CFRE certification, and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus and the Diversity on Board/Project Blueprint program. Her passions—ranging from historic preservation to the performing arts—mirror her belief that strong communities are built through both strategic investment and personal connection.

His leadership at Vontier, a global industrial technology company, exemplifies his ability to translate business vision into workforce strategy, helping mobilize the future through smarter hiring and leadership pipeline development. His approach is both innovative and deeply pragmatic, ensuring that organizations are equipped to grow with clarity and purpose.

Jon’s career includes pivotal roles at TimkenSteel Corporation, The Timken Company, and Northeast Ohio Medical University, where he built high-performing teams, optimized recruitment systems, and championed inclusive hiring practices. His retained executive search work spans Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and academic institutions, reflecting his versatility and insight across sectors.
