Tiffany has held senior roles at institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame—where she led a $60 million capital campaign and helped shape the organization’s strategic direction. Her career reflects a rare blend of operational rigor and visionary leadership, with past titles including Director of Leadership Giving and Corporate Relations Manager.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tiffany is deeply committed to civic engagement and leadership development. She’s a recipient of the Greater Akron Chamber’s “30 for the Future” award and has been recognized as one of Akron’s Top 12 Young Professionals by Akron Life & Leisure Magazine. Her board service includes roles with Ideastream Public Media, Torchbearers Akron, and the Children’s Concert Society, among others.
